Registered Agent Requirements

A registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business. A registered agent, who may be: (1) an individual who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office; or (2) A domestic corporation, or a not-for-profit domestic corporation or a domestic limited liability company whose business office is identical with the registered office; or (3) A foreign corporation, or a not-for-profit foreign corporation or a foreign limited liability company authorized to transact business in this state whose business office is identical with the registered office.
