      • The name and address of the registered agent of the Limited Liability Company upon whom Service of Process is authorized to be made in Arkansas.
      • If the Limited Liability Company fails to appoint or maintain a subsequent registered agent in Arkansas, the under signed herein below, on behalf of the Limited Liability Company, states and agrees that the Arkansas Secretary of State is appointed the registered agent of the Limited Liability Company for service of process in Arkansas.
