The word Limited may be abbreviated as Ltd. and the word Company may be abbreviated as "Co." The name cannot be the same as or deceptively similar to the corporate name of a domestic corporation or a foreign qualified corporation
    Pursuant to the provisions of The District of Columbia Limited Liability Company Act of 1994, Title 29, Chapter 10, of the Code of laws of the District of Columbia, the undersigned foreign limited liability company hereby applies for a certificate of registration to transact business in the District of Columbia.

    This application must be accompanied by recent dated certificate of good standing.

      • The real name of the limited liability company
      • The date of its organization is and the period of duration
      • The address of its principal office in the state or country under the laws of which it is organized
      • The address (including street and number, if any, and zip code) of its office required to be maintained in the state, country or other foreign jurisdiction of it organization or, if not so required, of its principal office
      • The address (including street and number, if any, and zip code) of its proposed registered office in the Columbia (P.O. Box is not sufficient)
      • The name of its proposed registered agent in the District of Columbia at such address
      • The purpose or purposes of the foreign limited liability company which it proposes to pursue in the transaction of business in the District of Columbia
      • It is authorized to pursue such purpose in the state or country under the laws of which it is organized
      • The names and respective addresses of its managers
    • Filling Fees
      • Filing Fee $200.00
