avoid a conflict, attach a resolution of the board of directors adopting the assumed name.
Incorporating a business or nonprofit corpora-tion in Idaho requires filing
duplicate originals of Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State.
The Secretary of State's office no longer issues certificates for corporate
filings.

indicate the customer account number in the cover letter or transmittal document.
