• If the name of the limited liability partnership does not end with the words Registered Limited Liability Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership or the abbreviation R.L.L.P., L.L.P. or LLP it must designate a name to use in Idaho which satisfy's the above requirements of Idaho Code § 53-3-1102.

  • The name of the foreign limited liability partnership
  • The name under which the foreign limited liability partnership will do business in Idaho is
  • The street address of the partnership's chief executive office
  • The mailing address for future correspondence, if different
  • The name and street address of the registered agent
  • Effective date of filing:(optional)
  • The domestic state of organization
  • Signature of at least two partners.
• Filling Fees
  • If the application is typed the fee is $100.00.
  • If the application is not typed or a non standard form is used, the fee is $120.00.
  • If expedited service is requested, add $20.00 to the filing fee.
  • If the fees are to be paid from the filing party’s pre-paid customer account, conspicuously indicate the customer account number in the cover letter or transmittal document.
