A corporate name must include corporation, incorporated, company, limited, or any abbreviation thereof. If a
fictitious name is adopted to avoid a conflict, attach a resolution of the board of directors adopting the assumed
name.
Incorporating a business or nonprofit corpora-tion in Idaho requires filing
duplicate originals of Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State.
The Secretary of State's office no longer issues certificates for corporate
filings.

If expedited service is requested, add $20.00 to the filing fee.

If the fees are to be paid from the filing partyís pre-paid customer account, conspicuously
indicate the customer account number in the cover letter or transmittal document.
