Missouri For Profit Corporation
For Profit Corporation Name

The name shall contain the word "Corporation," "Company," "Incorporated,"
"Limited," or an abbreviation thereof. The name may not contain any word or
phrase indicating or implying the corporation is a governmental agency, or
that it is organized for any purpose other than the purpose for which
corporations may be organized under the laws of Missouri. The name shall
be distinguishable from the name of any domestic or foreign corporation
authorized to do business in Missouri, or any limited partnership, limited
liability company, or reserved name filed with the state.
One or more natural persons of the age of eighteen years, or more, may act as an
incorporator of such corporation by signing, verifying and delivering in
duplicate in the office of the secretary of state the articles of incorporation
of such corporation
Chapter shall require or permit filing the document in the office of the
secretary of state
The document shall contain the information required by chapter. It may contain
other information as well.
The document shall be typewritten or printed. The document shall be in the English
language. A corporate name need not be in English if written in English letters
or Arabic or Roman numerals, and the certificate of existence required of foreign
corporations need not be in English if accompanied by a reasonably authenticated
English translation

additional shares is limited or denied.

Filing Fee : Missouri Domestic fees are based on dollar amount of
authorized capital.The fee is fifty dollars for the first $30,000 or
less of authorized shares, and a further sum of five dollars for every
additional $10,000 of authorized
shares.
