For Profit Corporation Name

It must include the word "corporation," "incorporated," "company,"
"limited" or an abbreviation of one of these words.
Article VII - South Dakota law requires the corporation to continuously maintain a resident of this state as the
registered agent. The registered agent's address is considered the registered office address of the corporation.
The Consent of Appointment must be signed by the registered agent.
The articles must be originally signed by each incorporator in the presence of a notary public.
One originally signed and one exact copy (photocopy) of the articles of incorporation must be submitted along with
the proper filing fee to the Secretary of State's Office.

The period of existence

The purposes for which the corporation is organized.

The number of shares which it shall have authority to issue, itemized by class, par value of shares, shares without par
value, and series, if any, within a class

The preferences, limitations, designation and relative rights of each class or series of stock

The corporation will not commence business until consideration of the value of at least One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) has been received for the issuance of shares.

The complete address, including the street address or a statement that there is no street address, of its registered
office and the name of its registered agent at such address

The number of directors constituting the initial board of directors
and the
names and addresses of the persons who are to serve as directors

The names and addresses of the incorporators
-
These Articles may be amended in the manner authorized by law at the time of amendment.
