Partnership", "Limited Liability Partnership", "RLLP" or "LLP".
Form should be filled out in full, printed, and returned, with the fee,
to the Secretary of State's Office.
Filing fee must be attached. Please file in duplicate.
Each LLP is required to file an annual report with the Secretary of State,
between January 1 and April 1 of each year. If you do not receive a
pre-printed annual report be sure to contact the corporations office to
have one mailed. If the annual report is not filed, in a timely manner,
the LLP could be terminated.
