• The name of the corporation may not contain language implying a different purpose from the purpose or purposes in the articles of incorporation. The name shall not be the same as or similar to the name of any domestic or foreign profit or nonprofit corporation, trade name, trademark or service mark registered in this state, limited liability company, statutory trust company or limited partnership or other business entity.

To incorporate your company in the state of Wyoming u must file articles of incorporation in the Secretary od State´s and it shall be accompanied by one exact or photo copy.

The Articles of Incorporation shall be accompanied by a written consent to appointment executed by the registered agent. The registered agent must have a physical address in Wyoming.

Iif your street address includes a suite number, it must be included in the registered office address.

  • Address of registered agent (must be a Wyoming street address which is identical to the registered agent’s business office; must include street address, city, state and zip code; no post office boxes or mail drop boxes.)
  • Number and class of shares the corporation will have the authority to issue:
  • Number and class of shares which are entitled to receive the net assets upon dissolution:
  • Address for mailing annual report form
  • Incorporators (list names and addresses of each incorporator)
  • Execution (all incorporators must sign)
