If you are having problems opening a bank account with your local bank, go to our website. We have bankers that we work with. You don’t have to go to the branch. If you are a Nevada corporation, you don’t need a certificate of good standing. If you are incorporated in another state, you will need a certificate of good standing from the state you are incorporated in.

If you have your account in Las Vegas, you can still do your banking at any branch in the US.

The banks need to have a copy of the articles, the EIN for the company and the list of officers needs to be filed.

Bank of America requires the Secretary be the signer on the account. Bank of America and Citibank do not accept nominee directors. Whomever is listed on the list of officers is who needs to open the bank account. Please contact the bankers directly for any other questions.
