Did you come up to this error message when trying to use USPS Click-N-Ship for printing postage?

We encountered the following error while processing your label(s):
Error- We are sorry but an unexpected error has occurred during the checkout process. Please try again later.
Anyone knows what to do?
1. I tried to use Internet Explorer or Firefox. No difference. Still getting the error message.
2. I tried to delete cookies. Didn’t help.
Update:
Now it seems that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I also got this new error message:
Error- SYSERROR;Sorry, we are unable to process your request due to a communication failure. Payment could not be processed. Please try again later.

I am having the same issue. Called 1-800-ask-usps They referred me to their web help number 1-800-344-7779 – except this number is disconnected
Called ASK-USPS back and they said that was the only number they had, and I should email the web help people, but they didn’t have an email address for them.
I hung up on her.
i got the same msg many months ago & tonight ..it happens to me only when i try to print the label after midnight….
I have four labels in que. The first set did not print correctly as I ran out of ink. Now I cannot print them at all. It told me to download Acrobat Reader 9, which I did, and restarted my computer. But, still, I cannot seem to print these click-n-ship labels. What else can I do???
