Tasks might include: Help with company bookkeeping, payroll, taking care of tax returns (through CPA referrals), administrative or secretarial work, business consultations and local support in the U.S.A.We can smooth your learning experience with starting a business in the U.S.A. This service is extremely beneficial to foreigners starting business in the U.S.A.
We can also offer CPA (certified public accountant) and lawyer referrals.
Pricing
- Secretarial, data entry and administrative support - $25 per hour
- Office manager or accounting (QuickBooks) support - $65 per hour
- Business consultations with Eastbiz.com, Inc CEO John Vanhara $250 per hour including initial consultation or further correspondence.
Required deposit $1,000 for the duration of the service. The cost depends on what exactly you need and how much time we need to spend. For example, if you need help with accounting we will charge you $65 per hour. If you need my personal help you will get charged $250 per hour. We do not overcharge. We bill exactly as time is spent. If something takes 5 minutes then you are billed 5 minutes. We work very efficiently.
How to proceed
Email us if you are interested with information about your company. Include your company website and your plans what you want to do. We will schedule Skype or phone conversation with our CEO John Vanhara. If you decide to proceed further the initial consultation will be billed based on the above pricing. If you see that our service is not what you are looking for, then the initial consultation will be free.
Do not pay the deposit unless you already finished the initial consultation.
