Copies of Items You Must Provide:
1. Articles of Incorporation or Cert. of Ltd. Partnership (with file stamp on it)
2. Copy of two forms of picture identification (driver’s license, passport, military ID) and major credit card for each signer on account
3. Current list of officers filed with the state (if corporation), with file stamp on it
4. Limited Acceptance of Director showing resignation of preliminary officers (if corporation)
5. Special Meeting of Directors, showing new officers of corporation (if corporation)
6. Partnership Agreement (if Partnership)

Also the bank must know how to open your account:
1. Type of Business
2. Physical Address of Business
3. Daytime Phone # (where bank can reach you)
4. Tax ID # (TIN)
5. SSN and Birth Date of each signer

The form to open a business account must be notarized and the minimum deposit is $100.
You may use a personal or business check.
The normal time to have an account completely set up is 2-3 weeks.
