We offer three mail-forwarding plans:
THE LOWEST COST PER YEAR PLAN
- $99 per year. $5.50 per mailout plus postage. This plan has higher mailout fee, but very low yearly fee.

MODERATE-USE MAIL-FORWARDING PLAN
- $150 per year. $2.50 per mailout plus postage. If you get more mail it is better to pay more per year and have lower mailout fee.

HIGH-USE MAIL-FORWARDING PLAN
- $250 per year - unlimited use. Actual postage only for mail-out once a week. No mailout and handling fees.

Mailout is a one-time charge for all the mail we receive in given period and forward to you. For example, we collect 10 pieces of mail and forward them to you once a month. We would charge only one mailout fee (for example, $5.50 in the low-use plan) + actual postage. Mail forwarding per package is $10 for all plans (packages are shipped within U.S.A only). If you need international package forwarding use our sister company Shipito.

2. We must receive original of Form 1583 (required by U.S.P.S.).
U.S. Postal Application form for mail forwarding (1583) Please print and notarize your signature. We will need the original to be mailed to our office. Mail forwarding cannot be activated without receiving the 1583 form.

The customer must complete Form 1583 and sign it in front of a notary public. Please see instructions on how to fill out this form. The notary public must witness the signature, verify the identification presented, confirm that the applicant understands and completes all of the required information, and mail the original Form 1583 to EastBiz.com, Inc.

The following are acceptable forms of identification: valid drivers license or non-drivers license state ID; armed forces, government, university or recognized corporate ID; passport or alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or deed; voter or vehicle registration card; and home or vehicle insurance policy. Identification presented must be current.

The street address cannot be used for issuing a local business license. The City of Las Vegas doesn't allow a mail-forwarding service for issuing a business license. If you need to lease real office space, we can help. Nevada Office Program will give you a signed lease and the option to hang your business license.
