Year end orders and transactions

Date: 12/04/2005 | Category: Business | Author: John Vanhara

We got email from client asking:
We do not want our LLC company to be formed until January 1, 2006. Can we start the process now, but ask that you not actually form the company until the new year?

Yes, absolutely. We are more than happy to accommodate such requests. For some people is important to incorporate still in this year, but some don’t want to file tax return for 2005 and want to start company in 2006. Just make sure you note on the order form what is your request. We are processing big number of orders, so written note is the best way to assure that we will know what to do.
