Small Business Website?

Date: 03/08/2006 | Category: Business | Author: Heather Long

At WebProNews there is a great article on the dos and don’ts of launching a small business website. Too many times, small businesses especially self-owned and employed business owners wonder how much is enough and how much is too much when it comes to building a website for their business whether they sell services or products.  This is a great article and a must read for those interested in getting their own website launched.

One of the best pieces of advice that it offers is: Don’t concentrate on images and how pretty your site will be. Remember that your sites’ purpose is to answer your customers questions and inform your customers of what you have to offer, such as services and products. Don’t use too many images because if your site is so “new age” a lot of people will not be able to navigate and find their way around it therefore they will get frustrated and not stay on your site and that would defeat the sites purpose.
