Mentoring Small Business

Date: 05/02/2006 | Category: Business | Author: developers

A Kansas Town Hall might have the right idea.  Representatives there from the Kansas Department of Commerce and the Center for Entrepreneurship met on a Pratt community college campus to discuss Network Kansas, a program designed to help those who are interested in locating a contact person or mentor in order to start a small business.

A mentor can provide excellent support for a fledgling businessperson; especially when it comes down to answering questions on marketing, management and licensing. This type of program can benefit all types of small business from the stay at home mom and pop organizations to the storefront and small office space small business.
