NEW YORK Bank of America is introducing a new program that lets small businesses manage their payrolls online. The “Easy Online Payroll” product is part of a series of business applications that the bank has developed for small businesses. The new payroll program will be free to small business customers who pay their employees by direct deposit with a Bank of America account.
