Once the subject line has done its work, it is time for the reader to peruse the details written in the main body. The email message body is where thousands of dollars are hidden. This treasure can be opened only if the message has been successfully transmitted to the readers.
There are two principles of writing effective body text – brevity and sequence. The message should be as brief as possible. It is assumed that the readers generally don’t take interest in long messages. Secondly, the more important things should be told towards the beginning of the message. Lesser important things should come towards the end of message. This is for the reason that not all people will read whole of your email.
