How to organize your company records

Here is how I keep all my corporations and LLC documents in order.

1. I use corporate kit to store all important documents (articles, stock certificates, minutes, etc.). See more details about corporate kits and how to use them here.


2. I store important documents online.

  • Articles and other documents are available 24 hours a day from anywhere.
  • I have another copy if originals from corporate kit get lost.
  • It is often easier and faster to access the documents online than finding originals.
